When I’m sent to the grocery store to “get a few things”, I find that often I’m way too stubborn to get a cart. It’s just not the “manly” thing to do… so I end up trying to carry everything. I can imagine how ridiculous I look when people see me trying to do what’s virtually impossible. That’s what the last chapter of Ephesians feels like to me. It’s packed so full of good, practical stuff that I hope it will be impossible for you to “carry it all” without a shopping cart. In this sermon we’ll look at the first part of a two part sermon in our #BetterTogether series, “Standing Together” from Ephesians 6:10-13.
